Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, as a private space we require you utilize a bar tending service with a license and insurance. We recommend Cheers and Swizzles.

  • Yes, we offer specific scenic locations for tents and stages. Please work with Event Edit for your specific event’s needs and how we can accomodate.

  • We have an exclusive contract with Deer Meadows Catering for all your catering needs. Please see the attached information to contact them.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted gratis, subject to availability.

  • Deer Meadows Ranch offers multiple lodging options. The Lodge contains 2 bedrooms to sleep up to 4 individuals that may be arranged. Additionally, the Foxtail house, an on-site 6 bedroom home rental, may also be available.

  • Located at the base of the Uinta Mountains, and a short drive from the Wasatch Mountains and Park City, we are surrounded by incredible world-class activities. Please reach out for a complete list.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while also protecting your reserved date.

Non-Refundable Deposit:

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking date.

Cancellation Terms:

  • +91 Days Before Event: Full refund, minus the deposit.

  • 90 Days Before Event: 50% refund, minus the deposit.

  • 60 Days Before Event: 25% refund, minus the deposit.

  • Less Than 60 Days Before Event: No refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Clients may reschedule their event one time at no additional charge within 12 months of the original event date.

Force Majeure:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to reschedule their event.
