Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while also protecting your reserved date.
Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure your booking date.
Security Installment: A $500 security deposit is required to secure your date at the time of booking.
Cancellation Terms:
+91 Days Before Event: Full refund, minus the deposit.
90 Days Before Event: 50% refund, minus the deposit.
60 Days Before Event: 25% refund, minus the deposit.
Less Than 60 Days Before Event: No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their event one time at no additional charge within 12 months of the original event date.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control, clients may choose to receive a full refund or to reschedule their event.

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted gratis, subject to availability.

Deer Meadows Ranch offers multiple lodging options. The Lodge contains 2 bedrooms to sleep up to 4 individuals that may be arranged. Additionally, the Foxtail house, an on-site 6 bedroom home rental, may also be available.
